Stratasys J750 | Advanced Prototyping In-House

At Voltas, our Stratasys J750 gives our engineering team the ability to create detailed, multi-material prototypes directly in-house.

For medical device development, prototyping is an important part of turning a concept into something that can be evaluated, tested, and refined. The J750 allows us to quickly turn CAD designs into physical parts, helping our team identify design improvements before moving into more advanced manufacturing processes.

What the J750 Brings to Prototyping

Multi-Material Printing

Create prototypes using different materials within the same build, allowing us to represent different components and material characteristics.

Full-Color Prototypes

Produce realistic, full-color models that make it easier to visualize the final device and communicate design concepts.

High-Detail Printing

Create complex geometries, small features, and detailed components for more accurate prototypes.

Rapid Iteration

Make a design change, print a new version, and evaluate it without waiting on an outside supplier.

Realistic Prototypes

Different material options allow our team to create prototypes with varying levels of rigidity, flexibility, transparency, and other characteristics.

From CAD to Prototype

The J750 supports a fast, iterative development process:

CAD Design → 3D Print → Evaluate → Improve → Reprint

This allows engineers to physically evaluate designs for fit, form, ergonomics, assembly, and overall functionality before committing to production tooling.

Keeping the J750 at Voltas means prototyping stays closely connected to our engineering team.

Rather than treating prototyping as a separate step, we can continuously design, print, evaluate, and refine—all under one roof.
